Please arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled massage.  This will allow you to sign in before your massage starts and gather any additional information needed for your massage.  I understand that issues occur. It helps a great deal if you call and let me know if you are running late. I will do my very best to accommodate you!

I generally can work within a 5 minute delay, however, if time runs 10-15 minutes or more, I will likely have to shorten your session by that amount of time. Full price will be charged for the actual scheduled time. In return, I will make sure I am on time, and if for some reason I am not, I will give you the time back or adjust the price of the session.
